When Lauren Fink was 18 she moved to Portland, Oregon from Green Bay, Wisconsin.
After arriving there she got a job working in the specialty coffee industry.
In 2011 after moving to New Orleans she realized the great potential that her
skill set offered to the public, and at the age of 24 she started successfully brewing
beautiful espresso coffee. The popularity for her coffee quickly spread
and this eventually lead to her founding Cherry Coffee.
